Wire represents one
of the hottest groups available in Western New
York. They have all the right ingredients
for success the look, full sound,
and solid vocals.
The look
for the most part is provided by twin sisters,
Karen and Maureen Taylor. Both girls radiate
a special energy up front that reaches the
audience and virtually makes people get up
and dance.
The full sound
hits with keyboardist John Little doubling
on trumpet and drummer Bob Carr doubling on
either valve trombone or trumpet combine with
full time sax player Jim Runfola….altogether
they create a signature horn section for the
band.
Solid vocals….guitarist
Jim Battistoni also shares in the lead singing
with Karen, Maureen, John and Bob giving Live
Wire five lead singers as well as outstanding
four and five part harmonies.
